Al Noaimi predicts wheel-to-wheel competition in the F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

Over the weekend, the legendary Yas Marina Circuit will host the season’s last race.

“At the end of the season, the 2022 Formula One Etihad Airways Grand Prix would be the finest,” Saif Al Noaimi says.

Even though the drivers’ and constructors’ of championships have been decided, he is convinced that the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, which was controversially concluded last year and had exceptional demand for tickets in this edition, would include wheel-to-wheel racing and heart-pounding moments.

The competition between Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes and defending champion Max Verstappen of Red Bull has recently seemed to heat up. Verstappen and Hamilton engaged in a tight battle to the finish in the US Grand Prix, and both crashed as they attempted to overtake at Sao Paulo Grand Prix.

Verstappen has additional motivation to be aggressive this weekend since he is going for a record-tying 15th victory.

“The producers and drivers have been chosen, but the season is still very much in play. Al Noaimi remarked in an interview, ” and we witnessed it.

CEO Motorsports Management, Saif Al Noaimi

“The US Grand Prix was one of the season’s riveting races. Max Verstappen continued to make progress up to the very final lap. Even though he was declared the drivers champion and they essentially controlled the constructors’ title, he and Lewis Hamilton continued to compete at a high level until the very last lap. In Abu Dhabi, we’re still in for a thrilling race. There are still many important issues at play.

The top six drivers are engaged in combat. Verstappen (429 points), Charles Leclerc (290) of Ferrari, George Russell (265), Sergio Perez (290) of Red Bull, Lewis Hamilton (240) of Mercedes, and Carlos Sainz of Ferrari are all behind Verstappen (234). Red Bull took first place in the producers’ category with 719 points, closely followed by Ferrari (524) and Mercedes (505) in the standings.
