Abbas Sajwani’s super-luxury house restorations in Dubai are successful

Three refurbished villas on the Palm produce $75 million for Abbas Sajwani’s AHS Properties.

The extensive upgrades are paying off for Abbas Sajwani and his roughly one-year-old firm, AHS Properties. He paid $75 million to sell three of the company’s refurbished homes on the Palm.

Abbas Sajwani began his own firm in November 2021 to acquire expensive residences in Dubai, repair them, and then resell them.

Sajwani, whose father is Hussain Sajwani of Damac, stated, “they were close to selling out their existing portfolio and unveiling several projects soon. Dubai’s ultra-luxury business is growing, and I’m pleased with what we’ve done in such a short time.”

AHS Properties features four magnificent residences in Emirates Hills and Palm Jumeirah, with a total asset value of more than $100 million, at the time of its formal inauguration in November of last year. A $45 million Amara Villa in Emirates Hills is now part of the portfolio. The home will shortly be placed on the market and has already received a lot of interest from potential buyers. It is erecting a $40 million fifth mansion on the Palm Jumeirah.
